Now there are a number of things coming up in the film and animation community, so firstly let me start off with the ArtHistoryProject.
February is our Film and Animation month!
So I'm scratching my head as to how to write an introduction at the moment! But if you fancy writing an article about a certain style, artist or would like to hold some sort of event please get in touch with me! If you are interested please post at DistortedSmile's signup journal here!

Last but not least...
Film In Progress articles!
I've been working to form this 'Film in Progress' series of articles. My idea behind this is, animators and filmmakers have to commit a long time on producing a piece of film. And so sometimes you don't have a lot of work you want to show for a while.
So if you are working on a feature film of some sort and you and your team (if applicable) want to promote yourself and your work, then get in touch with me!
The first article should be up very soon. Special thanks to the amazing pica-ae who has been working hard with the CSS layout for that.

There are a general template of questions in there for you to think about, but of course it's not limited to the ones I've written in that journal. And if you have stills, animatics or any other development work you want to share we can put them in the article too!
