Hello Deviants!
TimberClipse and myself have been working on a new gallery structure for a while. We have agreed there is far too many categories in there and too often work gets submitted in the wrong place. It doesn't help as well that sometimes subject matter can cross a grey area and it could technically belong in a few sub-categories!
So what we would like to do is present to you all a couple of ideas we have had for a new structure. We want to streamline the process and make it easier for you to find a category. Especially as a lot of categories on there have roughly a further 8-10 extra sub-categories! So as it stands our film and animation gallery has more categories than I can count!
However it's all well and good what we think is good but at the end of the day this is for you guys so all your feedback is important to us. Please leave us a comment with which you prefer, and any other comments you have! We are looking forward to hearing what you have to say about our plan.
